The schedule of upcoming introductory sessions is listed below. You must attend an intro session before you can begin taking classes.

At your intro session, we will complete some required paperwork, go over the details of our fat-loss-oriented kickboxing program, and run a lesson on kickboxing basics so you know all of the basic kickboxing techniques when you come in for your first class. Once you have completed your kickboxing intro session, you will be able to schedule your classes online.
